Recently, iTechnics, Apple’s authorized Reseller company, visited Ilia State University. During the visit, the company’s HR and public relations specialist met with students.  At the meeting, students discussed future ways of career development, employment prospects and company offers such as student-adjusted work schedule, trainings, various courses, information about the company’s history and its organizational culture, As well as opportunities for career advancement within the organization. 

The company’s HR spoke and gave advice on how a candidate should create an effective resume, or cover letter, prepare and conduct an interview to present himself or herself interestingly and professionally. It was explained in detail what is a priority in the job market today and what employers are looking for in potential talent. Representatives shared their experiences with students and discussed how they overcame different challenges in their careers.

The meeting went through more integration than expected, with students actively asking questions on a variety of topics, ranging from specific job requirements to general career advice. Representatives were able to provide comprehensive information to them and answer all questions thoroughly.
