Terms of delivery
If you purchase products on the iTechnics website, you can use the delivery service throughout Georgia. Delivery is made from Monday to Friday.
Order delivery throughout Tbilisi:
- Fast delivery - the product purchased before 15:00 is delivered the same day, and the shipping cost is free.
- Standard shipping takes 2-3 business days and is free.
The order can be delivered throughout Georgia in 3-5 working days. The cost of delivery is 8 GEL.
The user is obliged
Immediately notify the company via e-mail ([email protected]) or hotline (0322149090) of the following cases:
- if he received the shipment from the transport company with damaged packaging;
- if you received a damaged package with undamaged packaging;
- if the order was received by mistake;
- If the status of the order on the website is submitted and the message has not been received;
And after fixing the issue, the company will take care of timely elimination of any defects.
Note: The user must provide the above information to the company within 24 (twenty-four) hours of delivery, otherwise the company will be released from any responsibility.
